To share one or more photos as an educator using the Easy Staff App, you have two options: single entry or multiple entry.

Registering a photo with multiple entry

This operation is recommended for registering multiple photos at the same time for several students.

  1. Access the App
    • Go to the “Multiple Registration” button, where a series of icons will be displayed. Click on “Photo”.
  2. Step 1 - Basic Data
    • Date: this is the date for which you want to register the photos. The system defaults to the current date, but you can change it by clicking on it.
    • Time: the system defaults to the current time, but it can be modified by clicking on the field. This time will be automatically assigned to all students in the next step.
    • Select Sections: select the sections for which you want to register the photos. The system defaults to all sections under your responsibility, but you can deselect those that are not necessary.
    • Pre-select students: this option allows for faster registration by automatically selecting students. You can choose from:
      • Present in structure
      • All except absent
      • All
      • None (manual selection)
Click the “Next” button to continue.
  3. Step 2 - Title and photo upload
    • Title: enter a title for the photo or for the group of photos.
    • Add files: click the “Add File” button or “Select your media files”.
    • The first time you upload a photo, you will be asked to authorize the Easy Staff App to access your gallery. After granting permission, select the desired photos and click “Done” at the top right.
    • The selected photos will be uploaded and displayed. If you want to delete one, click on the “red x” on the uploaded photo.
    • To upload more photos, click “Add File” again and repeat the procedure.
Once the upload is complete, click “Next”.
  4. Step 3 - Selection and data entry for individual student
    • The student cards will be displayed based on the filters selected in Step 1.
    • The selected cards will be bordered in light blue. To deselect or select them, click on the top right corner of the card (symbol “V”).
    • Inside the card you will find:
      • Student photo (if uploaded)
      • Student's first and last name and section
      • Personal note (optional), by clicking on “Write your note here”.
After making all changes, click “Next”.
  5. Step 4 - Summary and confirmation
