From today, the coordinator can set the hours during which families can send communications to the facility, from the Easy Family App or the web version. Outside the set time frames, sending is suspended: the family sees a notice and can save the message as a draft to send it later.

What you can do

• Activate or deactivate the block at any time. When it is deactivated, families can write without time limits.

• Apply a quick preset for weekdays: School Hours (07:00–17:00), Morning Only (07:00–13:00) or Extended Hours (07:00–19:00).

• Customize time slots for each day of the week, even with multiple slots on the same day.

We have introduced the new feature Parent Notes, which allows family members to leave a note in the student's logbook every day (for example, to indicate that the child should eat plain food or if they need to leave early). The notes can then be viewed by educators.

What can be done Each family member can enter one note per day for each student, from the Easy Family App or from a browser. After entering, they have 10 minutes to modify or delete it; after this time, the note becomes final.

Family Side (browser and Easy Family App) From the logbook, at the top of the day, family members find the “Parent Note” box: with the “Add Note” button, they write the note and with “Edit Note” they can modify or delete it within 10 minutes.

Educator Side and Easy Staff App Educators find a new entry “Parent Notes” within the Registers, both from the browser and from the Easy Staff App. From here they can view all notes left by family members, sorted by day, with filters for section and student. The notes are for viewing only.

Coordinator Side The feature is enabled by default in every section. You can enable or disable it for individual sections via the “Enable Parent Notes” switch, available during section editing (menu Sections → Section List).

We have revamped the look of the Easy.School website, small changes but we hope you like them.

We have introduced the new feature Delegations, which allows you to record in the student profile the list of people authorized to pick up the student from the facility (e.g., grandparents, uncles, babysitters), without having to create a family account for them and without granting any access to the management system or the Easy Family App.

What can be done For each delegate, you can register First Name, Last Name, and attach a document (jpg, jpeg, png, or pdf) — typically the delegate's ID card or, at the discretion of the facility, the signed delegation form.

Coordinator Side Open the student profile and select the "Delegations" option from the dropdown: you will find the "+ Add" button to insert a new delegate and "Import" to associate an adult already present in the archive (e.g., the parent of another student), searching by first name, last name, or email. From here, you can also modify and delete existing delegates.

Educator Side and Easy Staff App Educators can consult the list of delegates and view the attached document directly from the student profile, both from the browser and from the Easy Staff App (Student List → View Profile → Delegations section). Useful for identification at the time of pickup.

Family Side (browser and Easy Family App) Family members can also independently enter their delegates from the menu Attendance → Delegations. They can update the attached document at any time; however, to delete a delegate, a request must be made to the facility, ensuring the safety of the student.

New Features

- Blocking communications from family members at a specific time at the discretion of the facility.
Now by going to the Coordinator->Settings->Communications page, it is possible to set a time during which family members can send communications and consequently block it during the remaining hours.

- Pin Document
Now when uploading a document, you will have the option to select a new "Pin document" option, which will place that document at the top of the document list in the family member's view, serving to give visibility to a particular document so that it is always at the top.

- Attendance Report
It is now possible to include the tax code (CF) and a custom field in the attendance report.

- Annual Attendance Report
We have added an annual attendance report, that is, with the months and the total attendance/absences per month. This also includes CF and a custom field.

We have introduced a small change to the calculation of the amount in the statement of fees for kindergartens; it is now possible to select either the amount of invoices/receipts or the cash received.

We have added new features in the tool for creating the school fees declarations for kindergarten:
- Ability to use the stamp (the same as invoices) instead of the signature
- Ability to automatically save the document in the family member's file
- Ability to automatically share the document with family members

The ability to associate packages directly from the student profile has been added.
To do this, open the student profile, go to the new menu "Packages" and click the + button.

Easy Staff App
Version 1.92.00 released, containing improvements and stability updates.

Easy Family App
Version 2.9.0 released, introducing multi-selection of photos and videos for download. You can now select and download multiple photos with one click. Fixed some minor bugs, e.g. month selection on some devices.

- Removed the + symbol for new passwords, it will no longer be possible to use it as it was causing issues.
- Resolved an issue that displayed a 404 page in the responsive family menu when web attendance registration was disabled.
- Billing, PDF payment methods, optional fields, fixed a bug that limited the view on the PDF.

Some updates:
- Fixed the responsive view for structure selection, now in case of association from multiple structures it is more readable even on mobile.
- Resolved a conflict during the educator attendance registration that prevented the registration if there was a pending request for the same day but at a different time.
- Fixed a bug that in some rare cases displayed a permanent loader on messages.
- Updated the Staff and Family app with the list of recipients for long messages.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the deletion of messages in the Easy Family app.
- Added the degree of kinship and the student in the Easy Staff app during message composition/viewing.
- In the Easy Staff app, added the ability to search for dishes in the dish selection dropdown.
- Fixed a bug that did not display the family member's profile picture in the Easy Staff app.
- Management Pleassi->Administration now allows selecting only certain locations to download active invoices.
- Reference Period - Now it is possible to choose the date format dd/mm/YY or MM YY, i.e., from 01/01/26 to 31/01/26 or "January 2026".
- Billing->Settings->Parameters now if a predefined numbering is set before or after, it will also be used by default for NDC and NDD.
- Package Association from Student Card, now in addition to associating a product, it is also possible to associate a Package directly from the card.
