You can try all the features of Easy by registering for free for 30 days, with a maximum of 20 children.
Are updates included?
All updates are included in the purchased license plan. Including new features. We reserve the right to quote separately only for pay-per-use features such as SMS sending or AI usage that incur extra costs. Everything we develop independently is and will always be included.
Can I get a discount?
The answer to this question is simple and applies to everyone: no. We do not offer discounts to anyone; the only discount we provide is on the annual payment of the license, which allows you to save 17% compared to monthly payments. Whether you are a cooperative with 3000 students or a micro-nursery with 10 children, our price is fixed and always the same for everyone. It is a price per student; we believe it is fair and underestimated compared to all the functions and support we offer. If you don't think so, we invite you to consider all the alternatives available on the market; when you are done, we will be here to welcome you to the Easy family.
I only have 10 kids, can I get a discount?
Our minimum license starts at 20, the minimum cost covers the initial setup and expenses for the custom DB, we cannot go below that cost.
I will not use invoicing, can I get a discount?
We offer all functions included in the license price; it is not mandatory to use them all, but they are included. Our policy is simple: we don't want to complicate the offer, we don't want to limit you, and we don't want to have dozens of different offers. That's how we are: Easy. Once you try the management system, you will understand its potential, and we are sure that integrated billing will be something you won't want to do without.
Can I manage multiple facilities with the same license?
Absolutely yes, you can create as many branches as you want.
Can I import data from other management systems?
Yes, by using a .xls file, students and family members can be imported quickly.
Is initial training provided?
We provide free support at all times, via chat, phone, or appointment.
