From today, the coordinator can set the hours during which families can send communications to the facility, from the Easy Family App or the web version. Outside the set time frames, sending is suspended: the family sees a notice and can save the message as a draft to send it later.
What you can do
Activate or deactivate the block at any time. When it is deactivated, families can write without time limits.
Apply a quick preset for weekdays: School Hours (07:00–17:00), Morning Only (07:00–13:00) or Extended Hours (07:00–19:00).
Customize time slots for each day of the week, even with multiple slots on the same day.
