Preferences Page in Management of Schools

The Preferences page allows you to customize some settings for your domain and data management. Here are the available options:

Available Settings

1. Custom Logo

• You can upload a logo to replace the default one from Easy School.

• This logo will be displayed on your custom domain on the login page.

2. Welcome Message

• Enter a custom phrase in this space.

• The message will be visible on the login page of your custom domain when users log in.

3. Data Sharing of Family Cards between Schools

• Yes Option: Allows searching for family cards even in schools different from the one they were entered in.

• Recommended if the schools belong to the same institution (e.g., nursery and kindergarten in the same facility).

• No Option: Recommended if the schools have different management or locations, to avoid unnecessary or unwanted sharing.

Saving Preferences

• Before leaving the page, make sure to click the “Save” button to store the changes made.

• If you do not save, the settings will not be updated.

With these options, you can customize and manage your domain and data sharing flexibly and securely.
