How to register an educator's attendance on the Easy Staff App

To register an attendance as an educator or more generally as "staff" on the Easy Staff App, follow these steps:

Register attendance via Qr Code

1. Once logged in, go to the Qr Code icon at the top right.

2. Click on the button at the top left "Entry".

3. The camera will open to scan the Qr Code provided by the facility.

4. If the Qr Code does not work, scan the barcode below (this is useful for older smartphones).

5. After correctly scanning the code, the attendance will be automatically registered by the system.

Register attendance manually

If the Qr Code or barcode do not work, or if you prefer to register manually:

1. Click on the button "Insert justification".

• This option is only available if enabled by the coordinator.

• To be enabled, the coordinator must access the menu Staff > Staff Attendance > Settings and enable the desired justifications, including "Attendances".

Next steps to register manually

• Type of period:

• Select whether you want to enter a single or multiple attendance (i.e., related to multiple days).

• Type:

• Select from the menu the type of justification, in this case "Attendance".

• Start date:

• (For single registrations) Enter the desired date by clicking on the calendar.

• The system will default to the current day's date.

• Start date and End date:

• (For multiple registrations) Enter the start date and the end date by clicking on the calendar.

• The system will default to the current day's date.

• Start time and End time:

• Enter the entry time (start) and exit time (end).

• For any extra hours beyond the educator's shift, you can select the specific option "Accumulation Bank Hours".

• Note:

• You can add a personal note to specify further details.

Saving the registration

1. Once you have completed the required fields, click on the light blue button "Save" at the bottom.

2. The registration will be saved correctly in the system.
