How to change the password from the Easy Family App

To change the password via the Family app, follow the steps below:

Steps to change the password

1. Log in to the app:

• Log in and select the student structure you are associated with.

• You will find yourself on the Home screen.

2. Access the settings:

• Click on the hamburger icon (three lines) located at the top right.

• From the menu, select "Settings" and then "Change Password".

3. Enter the new password:

• In the screen that opens, enter the new password in the first field.

• Repeat the same password in the second field to confirm it.

4. Save the new password:

• Click the "Save" button at the bottom center to complete the operation.

Error handling

• Passwords do not match:

• If the two fields do not match, an error message will appear: "Error".

• Correct the fields and ensure that the two passwords are identical before trying again.

• Successful save:

• If the two fields match, the new password will be changed and saved correctly.
